We’re committed to getting your natural soaps and skincare products to you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process within the United States.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note: During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts).
Orders under $75 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account or contacting us at naturegularsoap@gmail.com.

5. Incorrect Addresses or Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe:

• Contact us at naturegularsoap@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

• Include your order number and any photos if applicable.
  We’ll work with you to replace or refund your order.
